TEAM Coaching Cards is the data controller for personal data collected through this Service, operating in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian data protection law.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: name, email address, and authentication information when you register.
  • Usage data: which cards you view and for how long, if you opt in to analytics.
  • Session data: challenges and goals you enter on the Choose page.
  • Waitlist data: email address, if you sign up to be notified about product availability.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session cookies for security and functionality.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract: processing necessary to provide you with the Service.
  • Consent: analytics tracking and marketing emails (explicit opt-in required).
  • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention and service security.
  • Legal obligation: compliance with Romanian tax and accounting law.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (registration, password reset), and — with your consent — to track usage for product improvement.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time via your profile page.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following sub-processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), Resend (email delivery), and Formbricks (feedback). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Some sub-processors may process data outside the EEA. We ensure adequate protections are in place via standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
